Law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, and post graduate studies in the Holly Names College ELS, Berkley, California y and at the University of Tokio (Kenshu Center).
Started his professional career in 1974. Founding partner of Maillard y Cerbón Asociados in 1983. Designated as Managing Partner since that year and as such he leads the practices of collective agreement negotiations, litigation, public relations, and labor law advisory services, among various other professional activities.
In 2013, Cesar Maillard Canudas received due recognition for his distinguished professional trajectory, by being named as Endeavor Mentor to advise and support entrepreneurs in their development and success of new ventures.

(1932-2017)
Law degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico (UNAM) in 1954.
Attorney General for the Defense of Work, and served in various lead positions within the Labor Conciliation and Mediation Board and in the Employer Center of the Federal District. Joined our Firm in 1989 as a thought leader and fundamental professional resource. Within our firm, he led the Labor Advisory practice for large clients and also supervised the individual litigation practice.
Raúl Maillard Barquera Esq.
Law degree from the Universidad Anáhuac del Sur, A.C. in Mexico City.
His professional activities encompass general consulting, public relations, individual litigation, collective labor agreement negotiations, litigation of direct and indirect injunctions (amparo processes), among others.
Has directed the Legal World Program (Mundo Jurídico) broadcast in the Educational Channel and in the Judicial Channel, in addition to being host in various televised programs and radio program broadcasts addressing labor topics.

Law degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 2001.

Denise Evelyn Palma García Esq.
Law degree from the Law School of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
From 2009 to date, she has worked at Maillard Abogados Laborales and, as of December 2016, she is a partner of the firm.
Currently, she works as Director of the Labor Inspection and Consulting Area. In addition, she acts as:
Vice President of Labor Regulations of the Confederation of Industrial Chambers of the United Mexican States, CONCAMIN.
Assistant to the Vice President of the Labor and Social Welfare Commission of the Confederation of Industrial Chambers of the United Mexican States, CONCAMIN, in the various assignments.
